Please Note- Due to increased over volume and COVID-19 related logistical issues, Please allow up to 5-30 business days for shipping for standard shipping and 2-7 days for Express Shipping if offered at this time.
COVID-19 is affecting international carriers around the world, as well as causing longer processing and delivery times in the destination countries. Although most of our order are processed, shipped and arrive at the destination within our normal shipping times stated below, some orders may take longer than normally expected. We ship our orders globally from facilities located in North America, Asia, and Europe. Our average shipping times, unless stated otherwise are:
USA- Standard Shipping- 5-40 Business days, Express Shipping (when Applicable) - 2-7 days (may be subject to local weather conditions)
Canada, Oceania, Europe, Asia - 5-40 business days (Due to COVID-19 shipping may take longer)
South Africa, S.America, C.America - 20-60 business days
Rest of the world- 15-60 business days

Please note that these are average shipping times, and may be affected by delays in local customs offices, local postal services, weather conditions, and more, which are out of our control.
Our packeges are prepared for shipment after the orders are made, therefore may have 1-3 day processing time before leaving the warehouse. However, in many cases orders are processed and shipped out within 24 hours of order placement.
However, you can be assured that we do everything we can to get the item to you as quickly as possible, and you will find that in many cases you will receive your product quicker than this.
In order to ensure minimum shipping times, please make sure all shipping information you provide is correct and accurate. AbMates cannot be held responsible for items shipped to wrong addresses provided by the customers.
